What We Keep
As required by applicable Indian law, we may retain:
- Your email address and deletion request timestamp in our legal compliance archive (indefinitely)
- Anonymised usage statistics (not linked to your account)
- Backup copies for disaster recovery (deleted within 90 days)

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does deletion take?
We aim to process all deletion requests within 7–14 business days. In some cases, verification may take up to 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
Can I cancel the deletion request?
Yes, you can cancel within 7 days of submission. After 7 days, the deletion process begins and cannot be undone. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@xtragen.in.
What if I don't receive a confirmation email?
If you don't receive a confirmation within 35 days, contact our support team at support@xtragen.in with your Request ID.
Can I delete my account directly from the app?
No. Account deletion must be requested through this form to ensure proper verification and processing.
Do you delete my local device data too?
No. We only delete server-side records. To remove the app from your device, uninstall it. Your locally stored files must be manually deleted.
What about GDPR or international data laws?
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 in India.
